Orient Black N220 carbon black is the industry standard for tyre tread application. It gives better treadwear than all N300 series. Orient Black N220 is also a high structure black; thus it disperses well and gives moderately high modulus, while imparting excellent extrusion characteristics to rubber compounds .
Orient Black N220 is a cost effective black particularly suited for tire treads that require good tensile strength & wear resistance, including those made from emulsion
SBR, solution SBR, PBR, NR or blends of any of these polymers.
In the industrial rubber goods applications, Orient Black N220 is also recommended for conveyor belts, solid tires and other products requiring excellent abrasion resistance.

PP 1201 is a cost efficient black for colouration and covering power in a variety of mature applications , such as thinner multilayer films , engineering plastics , pipes & drip laterals where particle size of < 25nm is mandatory . It has got very low filterability index (Delta P ) Which is required for fiber application .
PP 1201 is a pelleted black and filled masterbatch that has good absorption , good Colour , strength and good covering power .
This product is commonly used where good weathering resistance and opacity is required . The Dispersibility of PP 1201 Depends on the equipment used and the Formulation.
